Overview

Linear Web Solutions LLC is the web development and technology agency I founded and operate. It designs, builds, and manages websites for businesses, then handles the hosting, maintenance, and technical side so owners can focus on their work.

The public site is more than a brochure. It is a Next.js application that generates its landing pages, internal links, metadata, structured data, and sitemap from typed data files, so adding a city, industry, or service is a data change rather than a design change.

  • 01City, industry, and service landing pages generated from typed data files
  • 02LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Breadcrumb structured data on every page
  • 03Free website, SEO, keyword, and Google Business Profile analysis tools
  • 04Self-hosted Next.js server behind an Nginx reverse proxy
02

Objective

Give businesses a fast, credible, search-visible web presence, and give the agency a site architecture that scales across locations and industries without hand-building every page.

03

Technical approach

  1. A.

    Data-driven routing

Cities, industries, and services live in typed data files. Route generation, internal links, FAQ content, metadata, and schema all derive from that data.

  2. B.

    Search foundations

Canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter metadata, and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Breadcrumb JSON-LD come from shared SEO utilities, so every page describes the business the same way.

  3. C.

    Tools as product

A website analyzer, SEO audit, keyword analyzer, local SEO score, competitor gap analyzer, and Google Business Profile audit run inside the same application as public tools.

  4. D.

    Self-hosted delivery

The site runs as a Node.js server under PM2 behind an Nginx reverse proxy and deploys from Git.

Challenges & solutions

  1. Challenge 01

Scaling to many location and industry pages without producing thin, duplicated content.

    Solution

Pages share one template but draw their own FAQs, metadata, structured data, and related links from typed data, so each route is specific and fully connected to the rest of the site.

  2. Challenge 02

Moving from a static build to a server-rendered application without disrupting the brand.

    Solution

The site was migrated from a static Vite build to a Next.js server application while the homepage, branding, layout, and contact flow were preserved.
